Hotel Information

If we do recommend you hotels, we do so the ones we physically visited and proved to be worth of recommending. Nevertheless, any hotel recommended by us doesn't mean that the specific hotel will still maintain the same status while you checkin.

Most of the information regarding the hotels including their star ratings are as provided by the hotels, but every effort is put by Internet Travel Bookers to ensure their accuracy. Internet Travel Bookers can not be held responsible for any inaccuracies nor can it be liable for any changes in facilities which are not directly communicated to us by the hotels.

Additional Service Payments

Any extra services (Parking, Phone Calls, Room Service, ...) provided by the hotel will be chargeable by the hotel upon checkout. It is a good idea to discuss what your bookings include for free upon check-in with the hotel staff to avoid later disappointments.

Please note that some or all of the amenities mentioned on our website might incur additional charges.

Payments

Unless it is mentioned otherwise, full payment is due on all bookings made through us.If payments fail for any reasons, the customer will be contacted in 24 hours, and should be able to respond in 24 hours time. If the customer can't be reached, we hold the right to cancel any bookings made by the customer.

Group Bookings

In group bookings, any person making the booking on behalf of the other members is responsible for all the due payments. Separate terms and conditions might be issued for the convenience of group travellers with regards to payments and cancellation policies. Group bookings might take upto 48 hours to confirm.

Age

All site bookings are available for all customers above the age of 21 unless they are accompanied by a guardian or parents. Please note that you might be required to show a recognized ID card upon checking-in.

Cancellations

All bookings, unless exclusively confirmed in written format by any staff of Internet Travel Bookers, will be under the cancellation charge of 100% if requested before 72 hours of check-in time.

At cases when early checkout is required by the customer, unless the hotel is specifically willing to compensate the customer a certain percentage, the customer is NOT entitled for any refunds.

Other cancellations might be subject to 15% cancellation fee.

Amendments

Booking amendments can be subject to 15 Euros amendment fees per booking. Internet Travel Bookers holds the right to reject any amendment requests made by the customer in less than 72 hours before the check-in time.

Requests

Customer requests forwarded to Internet Travel Bookers team are not guaranteed and are purely at the discretion of the Hotel check in staff. Internet Travel Bookers is not in any way responsible for any requests failing to be honored by the hotel.

Hotel Booking not honored by hotels

It's the hotels sole responsiblity to guarantee you an accomodation elsewhere for confirmed bookings through Internet Travel Bookers.

Customer Complaints/ Dissatisfaction

If a customer is not satisfied with the service provided by the hotel, this should be discussed with the hotel management immediately. Customers who leave the hotel accomodation before the fixed check-out date will not be guranateed any kind of refunds or exchanges and any bookings made by the customer to any other accomodation is solely at the customer's expense.
